increase in vagainal fluid i have swollen breasts and feeling of dizzness

Hi there I am a week late for my period i have an increase in vagainal fluid i have swollen breasts and feeling of dizzness i even passed out in the shower the other day i have bloating in my abdomen and i am extremely tired i have not had a proper period in over 3 months i get it for a day or not even that just a few hours of bleeding i also have been feeling sick for the last 2 months , i have had pregancy blood test about two weeks ago but nothing showed up am i pregnant ??? HELP ME
