i have a large round bump the size of a nickle on my inner thigh,about six inches below my scrotum. it seems like an ingrown hair but i am nervous that it may be herpes. it now has dry skin on the top and it doesnt seem to have any liquid inside. maybe a little blood or clear substance (completely clear). i had a cold last week but so did a bunch of my roommates. i think i can see a spot where a hair might be but i am not too sure. from what i know its been around for three days. it only bothers me when my thigh rubs against my boxers or other thigh.

I would try a home pregnancy test since you have had unprotected sex and the pink spotting can be a early sign of pregnancy.
