I recently had a yeast infection and while I had it me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex, and when he pulled out we noticed he had these tiny red spots on the head of his penis but it went away after a day or two. Now he has this gland swelling up in his groin and he says its burns when he pees and he almost cried yesterday after ejaculation because he said it burned really bad. I'm 100% certain I dont have any STD's an he doesnt aswell but what is this problem he has?
