Right I'll explain as much as I can, two days ago I had unprotected sex and pretty much immediately after I had tenses on the head of my penis like a rash with tiny red spots that are not raised but take in mind these occurred practically as soon as I withdrew I thought it may just be a yeast infection as it's exactly the same symptoms of when i got a yeast infection off me ex but the only thing that has really concerned me is that I've got a dark purple pimple on my groin that I popped and it hurt but anyways it was a bit of puss then blood the puss didn't smell either I just want to know if I have a yeast infection and a random infected hair follicle at the same time in coincidence also the rash is not itchy no discharge no burning when urinating just redness and now a dark purple pimple type thing
