I had a surgical abortion five days ago. During/immediately after I had severe cramping, dizziness and nausea which is normal. I had mild cramping in the days after and normal bleeding with clots. Today there still seems to be a lot of new bleeding and a lot of clots - not enough to be cause for concern but the cramps have gotten extremely intense and I feel nauseous and my back is very sore. Is this normal?
