Ok so a little over a week ago I received oral sex and admittedly it was at a rapid pace and she was pretty rough with her hand around the base of my penis (where this problem occurs).  I also shaved earlier that morning.  I noticed the next day there seemed to be two small bumps at the base of two hairs on the top of my shaft and thought it was due to the fact she was so rough.  One went away within a day or so and the other has developed into somewhat of a sore.  I admittedly had messed with it trying to "pop" these two bumps like a pimple and some white puss did come out a couple of times.  Now the one that did not go away quickly has developed into a single sore a little less round than a pen cap/eraser.  The outside edge of the circle seems to be raised, which could be attributed to the fact that when a scab seems to form my boxers and/or showering soften the scab and it usually pulls off.  There is no fluid coming from the sore.

It seems to itch in the immediate area surrounding the sore but only like a normal wound would on your leg or any other place.  I'm planning on going to get tested but was wondering what people on here thought before hand?  I've had no flu like symptoms, never had anything like this before and there were no sores on the girls lips.  I am hoping this is just folliculitis but we shall see.  I really appreciate any guidance.

This is the problem with a woman who is sexually available to more than one partner although you don't see any signs of sores on her lips don't say that she haven got some pest in her mouth is it can be in a early stadium that you cant see it. When you got oral sex or by the vigina the risks is both high for some diseases it seems to me if it is herpes as this disease is a bacteria that growth in both cases go and see your doctor immediately as this bacteria will take over in the rest of the organs lately it looks if it have clear up but after a year it appear on the lips or the nose it must be treated soon.
