You had sex on day 8 of your cycle. You'd likely ovulate between days 11 and 16. Sperm can survive about 5 days.
If you ovulate early there is a fairly good chance.

It is unlikely you are pregnant. 4 days before you expect your period the egg is likely not viable and you are near your lowest fertility. You can just be a few days late.
