I have a bit of the problem. I have a three months old baby who needs all the attention in the world and of course, I breastfeed her. But the problem is with my nipples, thrush has occurred. I have heard that saline rinse could help, but is that ok for toddlers?

Thrush is the condition which is not dangerous, but since it is not a normal physiological state, it should be treated. But honestly, I am not that sure about its effectiveness. When thrush occurs, a therapy should be used, for both baby and the mother, treatment that would include antifungal medications and that should last for about 2 weeks.
