When I get aroused, my clitoris gets really big. It goes up like a boy's thing thing. I've heard/read it's suppose to retract under the clitoris hood.. So I'm scared to do anything with guys because they might judge me. So is this serious? I'm I normal? Oh yeah, I'm 13.

Don't worry about it. The clitoris is suppose to get engorged with blood when you are stimulated or aroused. Yes, it can happen for a 13 year old.
