AGE 48 Woman
Hi I was looking at different diet plans and many are designed for diabetes patients.

I am searching for POST THYROIDECTOMY weight gain --- it happens fast and it is hard to get off!
I had my thryoid removed in 98' about 12 years ago
My son just got RAI (radio active iodine) to zap his hyperthyroidism/graves (male age 28 years old)
