So lately I've been having a horrid itching sensation on the "lips" of my vagina. I really noticed it when I went to the bathroom, I had the urge to vigorously wipe attempting to ease the itching, and the skin was peeling as I wiped. So afterwards I took a mirror to see what was up down there and there was what appears to be a rash. I'm 18 and really hoping this isnt a STD, I just started having sex about 4 months ago. What in the world is going on. Your help will be appreciated.

Go see a doctor, even if you are scared you should go because there may be an ointment that can be put on it or antibiotics if it is really bad. Do you use condoms? Because that could help decide what your risks are. I hope that you are okay, see a doctor! :-)
