hello im 20 years old and im dealing with very uncomfortable conditions on my testicles and penis.
it started about a month ago, at the bottom of my shaft on the left, it started itching and turned into a lump. I do shave so i thought it was just razor burn and i applied vasoline. I felt it was goin away in a matter of days and didnt think too much of it. but it didnt go away, and it actually got worse in the next couple days after my girlfriend gave me ablowjob and i had sex with her. it started itching allover and i couldnt stop myself from scratching it. it itched everywhere! inner theighs, and pubic area. it turned into dry painfull sores and i was convinced it was herpes. then it started being moist on my testicles and shaft of penis, the liquid has a very distinct odor to it. as of now my testiclesare verry dry and the skin is cracked, but still produces liqued on the base of mypenis and testicles. it is also dry and swolen on the sensitive part under the head of mypenis.
this has been goin on for a month now and its very painful and uncomfortable, i feel horrible at work and feel i need to scratch all the time.. i havent gone to a doctor because i do not have health insurance and money is tight right now.. i just want this to go away and i wanna be able to have sex or masturbate again.. please someone shed somelight on my situation

Sounds like a case of jock itch. Make sure arhat you are drying I yourself off after you shower and sex. I apply baby powder every morning before work to keep me dry. It will take about dawn or three days for the itch to go away and about a week for the dry skin to clear up. Here it the thing you are going to have to apply baby powder daily to stay itch free.
