I am a 32 years Male.

this has been going in for a while like years.

I had an infection for a year in Perineal and anus area because of longer work hours and sweaty condition. I treated it with many pharmacy creams both prescription one and non-prescription ones. The one helped to get rid of the infection is Ketoconazole Cream

everything stopped for a week but then it itching came back and nothing seems to be working now. I noticed every time I feel to pee the itching sensation gets worse until I am done peeing.

I dont know what should I do , the doctor I shown couldn't understand the condition especially the link between peeing and the itching.
