The ER staff should not judge you. Their job is to help you. If they give you any problems ask for another doctor/nurse/technician and report the one that does!

Why would you think you would be turned away? But what are you looking for them to do at this point? A clean life is a life worth living into and one that gives you the power to make the choices that drugs don't offer you.
If you think you had a stroke...then being seen by a doctor within 24 hours is paramount to a positive outcome...The longer you wait...the less time they have to help you.
