I've been feeling nauseous and I was spotting yesterday and today it has gotten a little worse , the blood is bright red and I'm passing small clots but some of them have been a pretty decent enough size to scare the hell out of me , I want to know if this is a miscarriage or if I'm just worrying to much. BTW I am not having any pain at all , any answers would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
