Okay well me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex three weeks ago. I've had the worst lower back pains on my left side and around my spine, I always have the urge to vomit but I dont. And I am always unusually tired. Took a pregnancy test but was negative. Could I possibly be pregnant or something?
