James The Enforcer Method
For quitting Vicodin and Hyrdocodone Withdrawal Free


Please consider the following before starting:

1) This is not a COLD TURKEY Method so it's going to take some WILL POWER. The following Ingredients may sound like a lot but the KEY to feeling NO PAIN or SICKNESS and taking the measures needed NOT TO EXPERIENCE PAIN if any. Out of the people who tried my method 70% had little to NO discomfort and the other 30% had some discomfort were minor and able to go to work without missing time.

2) If you are on Hard Opiates like Oxy, Roxy, Perks, Heroin ect. than I don't have the experience to verify that the James Method works. The James method is only proven for Hydrocodone users that take 18 pills or less a day. For those taking the Hard Opiates please contact a medical professional.

INGREDIENTS that you will need that greatly increase the chances of Success.

1. L-Dopa ~ for Mood Support and a Potential treatment for RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that promotes enjoyment and interest in life.

2. L-Tyrosine ~ Tyrosine increases plasma neurotransmitter levels (particularly dopamine and norepinephrine) but has little if any effect on mood. The effect on mood is more noticeable in humans subjected to stressful conditions hence the stress of withdrawal.

3. Oregano Oil ~ I prefer the drops but pill form is fine. Oregano oil helps with Destroying organisms that contribute to skin infections and digestive problems, strengthening the immune system, Increasing joint and muscle flexibility, Improving respiratory health.

4. Fish Oil Pills ~ Omegas

- lowers blood triglyceride levels
- reduces the risk of heart attack
- reduces the risk of dangerous abnormal heart rhythms
- reduces the risk of strokes
- slows the buildup of atherosclerotic plaques
- lowers blood pressure
- reduces stiffness and joint tenderness associated with Rheumatoid arthritis (RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME)

5. Multi Vitamin ~ for the obvious reasons.

6. Get Advil, Tylenol, or Bayer ~ as you cut down on you might become soar so only use as needed.

7. Valium~ This is strictly for sleep. But only use the first 3-4 days because this could become VERY addictive. I would recommend Tylenol PM or Imodium for sleep if they work.

8. If needed for the Runs grab an over the counter medicine of your choice.

9. If needed grab some Ben Gay for muscle stiffness.

10. You are going to need your supply of Norcos, Vicodin, Hydrocodone so visit your Doctor and go over the plan and explain the success rate and figure out how many pills you are going to need. Every situation is different but if you follow MY PLAN and REALLY WANT TO QUIT than you will be successful.

11. EXERCISE and GOOD EATING HABITS (I'm not gonna mention it on the daily schedule because it's a no brainer that at least 20 minutes of exercise and a good diet is recommended for good health. HOT YOGA IS WONDERFUL)

12. Access to bath and spa when needed is always a plus. But a hot shower will suffice. With "JAMES THE ENFORCER METHOD" usually you don't feel enough withdrawal to need anything.

******** WARNING (Never take more THAN THE MAXIMUM DAILY DOSE of any supplement than recommended by the manufacture of that particular supplement to insure complete safety of product and to make sure supplement doesn't do an opposite affect ********


~~We are going to Base this Diagram on a 10 pill a day Habit. If you take more or less follow the same structure. I know it seems so slow of a process but this is much better than WITHDRAWAL and the body has time to ease into the changes. You will need 106 pills (which is nothing if your on a 10 pill a day habit) Plan it out and focus on the day you wake up and don't need ANYTHING to get by.

***Day 1

Take your 10 pills on a 3 to 4 time a day schedule ** I recommend 8am (4) 12pm (2) 5pm (4) **** Do what works best for you that is most comfortable.
Take your supplements at recommended dose (except your IF NEEDED supplements)
If you can't sleep take sleep Aid (I won't repeat this BUT if you are using Valium don't use more than 4 days)

***Day 2

Take 9.5 pills
and recommended daily Supplements

***Day 3

Take 9 pills
and recommended daily Supplements

***Day 4

Take 8.5 pills
and recommended daily Supplements
**** Stop Valium because you shouldn't really have much sleeping problems by now****

***Day 5

Take 8 pills
and recommended daily Supplements

***Day 6

Take 7.5 pills
and recommended daily Supplements

***Day 7

Take 7 pills
and recommended daily Supplements

***Day 8

Take 6.5 pills
and recommended daily Supplements

***Day 9

Take 6 pills
