I work like a mechanist. It is in my job description to move a lot, to crouch, bend over, to kneel. It is very hard for me to do all this things because I recently have very big problem with my back. I have terrible back pain. I am in the middle of very important job and I work more then 10 hours daily. I dont have time to visit doctor. Can I use Ketoprofen for severe back pain?

You didnt say why your back hurts. Have you lifting something heavier then you needed to or it is caused by some inflammation like arthritis? Anyway, Ketoprofen should help you because it is NSAID that will reduce inflammation and he also act like pain killer. If it is caused by some inflammation then you could take it longer but if you take it just for pain management then you can use it no more then a couple of days.
