Have had severe stomach pain for almost 2 yrs now feels like rocks in my stomach balloon in my back severe gas pains hard to pas gas or have a bowel but when I do have bowel it soft but have to push a lot just to have one and pain in my shoulder blade and hip and i wake up at night sweating from the pain it like sharp sometimes and like pulsating sometimes almost like a contraction if pregnant and even hurts at times during sex when he hits certain spot whether I eat or don't keeps hurting went to Dr had blood work urine test and ct scan still have no clue what is wrong someone plz help

* Aerophagia, or swallowing too much air, sometimes caused by dental issues.
* Lactose intolerance.
* Celiac disease.
* Gastroparesis.
* Gastroesophageal reflux disease.
* Since you're female, even reproductive system disorders like endometriosis or PCOS.
Please look into all of these and see if any sounds like you might have it. Then, go back to the doctor and ask whether you could have what you suspect you have. Sometimes, that leads to a diagnosis even if they couldn't find the right one before.
