I had to be hospitalized forever my license three times in my life and I am just 24 years old. The first time I was diagnosed was when I was 9 years old. It started off as a simple cold I lost appetite I didn't want nothing to drink and then my muscles started to hurt me everywhere every single muscle in my body was so achy and my urine look like Coca Cola. I was in the hospital for about 2 weeks and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with me they asked me if I was abusing drugs if I was drinking and I was only 9 years old. the second time it happened to me was when I was 13 and again when I was 17. I have aches and pains every day. it's difficult for me to do daily activities. Even combing my hair makes my muscles in my arms burn. it's hard for me to hold up my upper body. I have so much weakness in my muscles from all of the breakdown that I've had throughout the years.

I am wondering whether my triceps and/or pectoral muscles will be permanently smaller/destroyed/weakened after recovery and am curious when others with similar cases were able to resume moderate exercise.

Body live well. Again- I'm 37 years old. Also, my hair has thinned significantly in the month since my diagnosis. Has anyone else had this experience?

I was diagnosed with Rhabdo 3days after returning from a 110km Ultra run.
I had been doing HIIT classes once or twice a week as well as running 50mile weeks - i wonder if the HIIT is a factor?
I was also using ibuprofen tablet and cream to ease pain on the day - is this also a contributing factor?
I had bruising to muscles , vomiting, blood in urine & CK level was through the roof
3 days in hospital with IV and gained two stone in weight from the fluid then discharged.
Three weeks later ive lost the fluid weight. i want to know what the dangers of starting exercise would be? also how do i prevent losing more muscle?
