salam everyone... i am of 17 years, my height is 5'6 and my weight is 72 kgzz,.... :-) plz can anyone tell me how to loose at least 4 kgzz in one month,... my face is too chubby,.. so can anyone help me out in loosing chubbiness of my face also...!!! :'(

keep a food book- record everything you eat, in what amounts , etc. you will see how much you are eating and have a sense of which foods to continue eating with, how much  your body needs. a helpful tip is too write after each meal how you feel.

 

walk 3 times a week, 45 minutes you will see a noticeable differerce. and lots of water!!
