I'm a long distance runner (about 50mpw), 19 years old, 5'1", and weigh 92lbs. I'm hoping to gain a few pounds because I look a bit too thin. I'm mostly muscle and have a high metabolism. I eat around 1800-2500 calories a day. How much should I be eating to gain? I'm also vegan!

I've been running cross country in high school throughout all 4 years, I am 5'6. Before I began high school and running I was a bit over weight and now I am a little under weight. Is there a meal plan which can give me strength and a balanced weight according to my height and age. I am 18. Thank u.
