my age is 19 years old . my height is 5.5, and my weight is 85.., often my blood pressure shot up.. but last night its 160.. my so worried.., :'(  don't know how to loss my weight.., i walk daily for 1 hour .., my daily routine is as fallows.  i woke up at 11 a.m in the morning and have b.fast around 12 p.m., in b.fast i take heavy meal 1 fry egg.2 slice of bread,and a cup of tea., some time i take 1 bowl of you-get too. and i take my lunch at normally at 3 p.m., and some time my b.fast and lunch are at same time i get up late in morning so my lunch and b.fast are at 2 p.m..than i spend my time on face book plying games., or watching movies.
in evening from 7 p.m to 8 p.m i walk for 1 hour.and than i take my dinner almost at 9 p.m than i do some study 9 p.m to 11 p.m.. and than i watch t.v or spend time on face book and till 2 a.m or sometime 3 a.m....
i know my daily routine is so wrong but i can't focus on my health.., my family is so worried about my health and me too.., please guide me .....,  i need a daily schedule for my daily routine...., thankyou:-)

thank you so much shewak lakhiani...., i'll try to do my best.. u know its too difficult to change every thing ...., i just need a proper plan for my daily routine. i try alot to change my life but its so difficult ...., nd i have been completed my graduation. so now m at home.., i'm doing some courses .., related to my intrast ..., and spending time with my family is so tough for me.. because when ever m sitting with my family .. all talk about my health.. i know .they all r worried about me.. but most of time its irritate me.i got so aggressive .., and just come back to my room again. i spend time with my friends .., and have so much fun with them but because now we all are at home so..., every one so busy in their own life.., we meet after one month or sometime 2 months ..,

yeah may be its bcz of my loneliness. may be... ok i'll think about job ..., and as u say to chng my havey b.fast today i just take yought nd 1 chapti..., and i get up at 7.45a.m today .. :) feeling good.., i also do some work in kitchen .., thx alot 4 ur help .., 
actually i want some one .., to give me instructions .. thankyou shewak :)
