New studies show that substantial weight loss could bring big gains in the bedroom. People who lost weight besides feeling healthier reported big enhancement in their sex lives.

The most common reasons for bad sex live are the feelings of being sexually unattractive, lack of sexual desire, reluctance to be seen undressed, difficulty with sexual performance, avoidance of sexual encounters, and lack of enjoyment of sexual activity.

Before starting a diet people from the study reported significant difficulties in their sex lives, women being more frustrated than men. Those who have lost at least 13 % of their body weight after two years of the study had their sex lives improved as the pounds melted away.
