Hey well, I used to go out every evening for a run around an olympic track... i ran around it about 5 times and walked around it about 6 times... dont know how many miles that is... anyway, in my first week i lost about 11 pounds... all of a sudden... finals came on me and i regained it all and a little more... i am now 240 lbs... and 16 years old... well i started exercising again and i have been going out for about a mile run in the mornings and evenings and i notice that my weight loss is much less slower... i dont lose much as fast... i am also taking a weight loss drink to substitute for two meals... i think im doing well.. . i've lost like two punds in a week... how do i make it faster?
