Period on 17th day of cycle after losing virginity and exactly a week after losing it. Is this normal?

I have seen that happen before. Unless there are other problems I wouldn't be too concerned. Your period can fluctuate, for some their periods have never been very consistent while others can almost set their clock by them. Hormonal changes can affect this as well and having sex can cause some changes, usually minor. For example, cum can make a pregnant woman go into labor, sometimes prematurely. I would think sex for the first time could - possibly - cause your hormones to swing a bit. There are other possibilities, but barring additional problems, I really wouldn't worry about it.

If you continue to have an unusual cycle timing wise I would suggest you see your doctor, If you do, it doesn't mean anything is wrong. As I indicated above, many women do not have periods along a consistent schedule.
