Lump on Groin and Small Redness under Penis Glans

I had a similar issue with my FL actually causing a tear a little under the head of my penis which raised into a bright red pimple. The lymph node on the left side of my groin swelled up and I could see it protruding slightly under my skin. It hurt a little when I pushed on it or when my skinny jeans pressed against it when I would sit. It was swollen for all of January. I put healing cream on the red pimple and the more it healed the more my lump in my groin went down.

I didn't clean my FL regularly, even after multiple ejaculations inside it. I cleaned and used it after my symptoms went away and it irritated the shaft of my penis like it feels like little scratches are on the underside of my shaft.

Finally (this is the nasty part) I turned the FL inside out and there appeared to be a dark mold inside; like it came from trapped water in there or something. Does anyone think this could've caused my left, groin lymph node to swell like it did because maybe the cut/pimple on my penis (I used it with more lube when I got the cut under my penis-head) was exposed to the possible mold I found in my FL?

Is either that, which is all I could think of, or maybe I had/have an STD?

Any insight someone can please share?!

I am male 32 years of age, and found a small lump in my groin area just above my penis to the left. Can you tell me the possibilities of what this could be?
