I'm going to try this as best as possible. First, let me explain that I am 22 (going on 23 this month) and I am not sexual active, in fact, I am still a virgin (saving myself for someone special). Okay, now on to my problem. There appears to be a oval-shaped lump under the head of my penis near the rim. I am circumcised. There is only 1 lump. I can't really describe the size, but if anyone is out there familiar with what Dippin' Dots are, then it's about the size of one of the pellets of those. It is painless, but it's hard and I can see a small, red vein going down it. It's not white but more of a pale, fleshtone color. Part of it looks translucent but only towards the bottom not attached to the skin. It's got somewhat of a sheen on it.

I've experimented with self-pleasure like masturbation, fingering, and anus pleasure, but not with dildos, mostly with my fingers and various fruits and vegetables. I just wonder if when I finger myself, and then proceed to master bate my penis, the germs from that caused some sort of infection. I first noticed this lump a day ago and it's painless even when I touch it. Again, I must repeat that there is only 1 lump. I am concerned it might be cancer or something else that would require surgery. There doesn't appear to be any swelling or redness, so I am not sure if it's just a pimple or what.

Can someone please help me? I am scared and worried.
