Hi, i am 19 years old and Last night I found a small lump on the bottom of my right testical. I couldn't help but panic. So i looked up testicular cancer and it says that the lump would be painless and it is. It said you would have pain in your lower back and stomach and i dont have pain there. It said scrotom would swell and mine has not done that ever. I also noticed that the lump was bigger yesterday after i ejaculated than it is this morning. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what they think. Thank you.

It could be a spermatocele or epididymal cyst, a sperm-filled cyst on the epididymis (a thick tubule that lies behind each testicle where sperms pass from the testicle to the seminal vesicle). I am speculating that obstruction of the part of the epididymis near the bottom of your right testicle may have caused it to swell following ejaculation. I don't think it is cancerous. For your peace of mind, consult with your doctor.
