Hello. I am a 21 years old woman and I am a little overweight. I thought about going on a diet. My main idea is just to decrease the amount of food I intake, and to kick out the foods that contain lots of fat. I am thinking of trying to ad a macrobiotic breakfast, too. That should surely cut some pounds of me. Do you think this is a good idea? Any suggestions?

You will need to do something more than that if you really want to loose some serious weight. The idea of macrobiotic breakfast is ok, but it may bore you after a while, so keep it diverse. Part about decreasing the amount of fat and food is ok but you must also increase the number of meals. This would be about a perfect diet for any human being.
