Check out my Healthy Breakfast today. I've cooked Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon, Asparagus, and Goat Cheese. That has full of a healthy fats and packed with protein.                                                    

I also take a multi-vitamin after breakfast to maintain my good health, enhance immune response, and boost well-being both physically and mentally.


Hey healthactive,  thats much better than mine, to be honest, really nice diverse breakfast with most food groups. I had some fried chicken with some onions and salad. it was very delicious but I am not sure how healthy it was. Usually I eat six grain combo with milk or some oatmeal (chocolate or strawberry flavored). Like boiled eggs with tomato as well. there is lot of good combinations for healthy breakfast out there. For drinks I usually prefer milk or coffee, rarely tea. Ok thats it from me bai
