I have decided to live healthier. I don't want to eat those "fast food specialties" and other junk food. I am going to eat macrobiotic meals. There is just one problem. I don't now anything about macrobiotic foods. Maybe some of you could give me an information about macrobiotic. I would appreciate it a lot.

Oh I love to help someone who wants to work on himself. When we talk about macrobiotic meal you should now that there are daily main foods and supplemental foods. The most important daily main foods are whole grains. They should be around 30-60% daily weight of food (cooked, of course). Vegetables are also very important. Then also beans or some other protein-concentrated food, sea vegetables, miso soup, macrobiotic pickles and macrobiotic tea. Supplemental foods are bread, pasta or other product made from cracked, crushed or rolled whole grains, cooking oil and other oil concentrated foods, fish, fruits, syrups, desserts and other sweet concentrated foods.
