Male with burning in right nipple.

I am a 32 year old male and also get a sharp pain at my right nipple, it only lasts a few seconds and happen 2-3 times a day. when it happens it is extremely painful and sudden. Sometime it can disappear for a few weeks. I have always experienced this pain but as I get older it tends to be more severe.

I am a 20 year old guy and this just happend to me. Really weirded me out. I took off my shirt exspecting a bug bite or something and there are no visible differences from the way it normally looks or in comparison to my left nipple. It is also peculiar at the randomness of the event and how it is isolated to just my right nipple. It isn't the worst pain... but it is annoying.
