I am a 18 year old male and have a real problem taking off my shirt in front of people and when swimming. I have no color around my nipple or known as an areola and my nipples like my friends do not stick out unless I'm really cold. What is wrong and how can i fix these problems. I have never seen another male without color around his nipple and really would love to know how to fix the problem.

I don't think there's anything to fix this, I'm sure you were born with this. The only advice I could give you is to see a docter but they probably won't say more than what I just did. Everyone is different in their on way, you shouldn't have trouble taking your shirt off.

I have just had an Aureola created around both nipples as part of a semi-permanant tattoo and alough not cheep £1200 I sholud have had it done a long time ago as I now look just like all the other guys.

I have the same thing. (M, 18) screw the haters. Rub your nips all over their faces and make them jealous. Jk but really don't worry about it. I refer to mine as albino nips.

Look into or for a medical tattoo artist. It is not uncommon after reconstructive surgery on men and/or women to have a tattoo artist create a realustic aeriola. You can research the internet for photos as well as tattoo artist that specialize in this type of work
