I think that most religions consider masturbation to be wrong and probably have many outdated reasons why someone pleasuring themselves is a sin.
I can’t see how masturbating and exploring your body and doing something that is perfectly normal could be deemed as a sin.
You are not hurting anyone by masturbating and masturbating does not lead to things like premarital sex or other activates that are considered sins.
Being a good Christian should be based on things like kindness, honesty, respecting and helping others not whether you pleasure yourself or not.
