ok so heres the deal my bf is 18 and i am 16 and me and my bf want to have sex but he is afraid that if we do somebody will find out ,they will try to sue him for rape, bc of the age and secondly i am jus worried bout where would we do it....please HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all, no one would sue him for having sex with you. Sex with a minor is statuatory rape, so he would likely do some jail time instead of paying your parents (who would have to be the ones to press charges) for a lawsuit. However, it may not be statuatory rape in your state, as in some states the age of legal consent is 16, so you should do your research. If it turns out to be illegal and he really cares for you, he should be able to wait a couple of years. Most people don't lose their virginity like they do in movies. Most people lose their virginity when they are teenagers and there are no candles, music, or satin sheets. At 16-18 years old, you and your guy likely don't have your own place. Thus, your first sexual encounter will either have to occur very quickly at one of your homes when no one is there, in a secluded public place, or in a car. Both sex in public and car, however, carry the possibility of someone seeing you or the police catching you, both of which can be very bad situations, unless the cop is a hot female who wants to join in.
