I’m 21 and really want some advise please.

I’m married and me and my husband had unprotected sex for the first time on day 12 of my cycle. I believe I ovulated around day 13-16 of my cycle because my CM was of egg-white colour. On day 13 I saw some spotting coming out from my discharge and I felt cramps and feeling bloated a minute and hungry the next. This continued and on day 15 i saw spotting again. I began to get worse cramps during the night with lower back pain and frequent urination which woke me up from my sleep. Few days later my breasts were really sore and I am currently on day 20 of my cycle with lower back pain, frequent urination and sore breasts. Nothing of this kind ever happens to me when I ovulate regularly each month.
