I have had my Mirena for almost a year. I have never had a period since I got it placed. Today, I had some cramping and then bleeding which isnt normal for me. I went to the doctor the other day and she said that the Mirena could have moved sideways or it could be a cyst. I hadn't had any bleeding or cramping until now so, she doesn't know about that. She scheduled an ultrasound for a later date but I am nervous now. Should I go to the Emergency room?
