Hi, Ivvy.
If you have missed your period and are experiencing cramps and back pain after having sex with a condom, there could be several reasons for this.
Firstly, it is important to note that condoms are not 100% effective in preventing pregnancy. While they are one of the most effective methods of contraception when used correctly, there is still a small chance of pregnancy even when using a condom.
Secondly, there are many other factors that can cause a missed period, such as stress, changes in weight or exercise habits, hormonal imbalances, and certain medications. Cramps and back pain can also be caused by a variety of factors, including menstrual cramps, digestive issues, or muscular strains.
If you are concerned about a possible pregnancy, the best thing to do is to take a pregnancy test to confirm whether or not you are pregnant. You can purchase over-the-counter pregnancy tests at most drug stores or online. If the test is positive, it is important to speak with your healthcare provider to discuss your options and receive appropriate prenatal care.
If the test is negative and your period still has not arrived after a week or two, it may be worth speaking with your healthcare provider to investigate other possible causes for the missed period and symptoms. They may suggest further testing or refer you to a specialist if necessary.
Have you got pregnant or not?
