I was wondering if you could help me with these small red dots i have on the bottom of the penis shaft. They appear as if somebody has pricked me with a pin and just a tiny bit of blood has come out. they are hard and raised but don't necessarily itch or burn where it causes much discomfort. I also have a red patch that is dark red on the crown and one that is halfway down the shaft. These are just dry patches and i don't feel them at all.

Well, it's hard to pass judgement on that which I can't see. That's why we so frequently suggest that a trained medical eye examine what you are describing.
These small red dots may simply be hair folicles.
You don't indicate if you've been having sex, or masturbating, or having unprotected relations, so we can't address if you've picked something up.
There is a normal variation in skin color over the shaft of the penis. There are also variations in pigmentation for some individuals. As long as you monitor this dark red patch, and there are no dramatic changes in shape, size or texture, you're probably alright.
But if you wish to be sure, go see a medical clinic or doctor.
There are a few other ways to monitor the dark red patch. You could measure it, draw a sketch, and file it away in a drawer. Next year on your birthday, you could haul out the sketch and compare.
An easier method would be to snap a photo close-up of the patch, but this could be a problem if someone else finds it.
