It means you need to speak to your pulmonologist/doctor.

Cavitation - basically a void in the lungs caused by necrosis, the death of tissue.  It's caused when the dying material affects walls of the airways. 

This can be extremely contagious.  You likely cough up this matter and spread PTB doing so. You may also swallow it and it can lead to PTB in the GI tract.
