those meat like pieces are blood clots your body is trying to pass. they are made up of loose tissue that begin to stick together when you bleed and once it gets big enough your body is able to push it out naturally. ur abdominal hurting is from your body pushing the did tissue out. really its nothing to worry about. try taking a couple pain killers but if the pain persists and the blood clots are continuous go to your doctor and see if they can give you anything to reduce the clots

Turns out it was just a blood clot, and that apparently
That can happen sometimes due to the pill, the doctor thinks
That this is normal and that I should get back to normal
Again soon, he's also advised me that I should carry on
Taking the same pill because my body will probably get used
