I am a 21 year old male.
My genital skin ( scrotum area and area under penis shaft ) have become blackish in color and often becomes very hard. Other genital skin area around it is not blackish. Various skin 'foldings' (striped layers) and small circular cavities are all over the affected area. Also i observed small light black patches on lower scrotum area (near the anus). The whole area looks abraded. I have never had sex. Also i clean my genitals everyday.

Also, recently i have started expereincing burning feeling on my scrotum. Its as if there is a tiny cut on it; like someone is pinching it with a pin! I checked it, but didnt find any visible marks. But there are a few tiny light colored scars on it.

Is this some disease ? Please tell me a cure to bring my genital skin back to normal.
