After speaking to my girlfriend for a while regarding this, I thought it might be time to address it with a community that understands. It's a very touchy subject for my girlfriend to address since it worries her so much, however I worry because she will not go get checked out. She is 17.

She appears to have most of the symptoms, other than a lump. I've told her to go get it checked out for her own sake, regardless of what she thinks it is. She says that she has one discoloured nipples and I have noticed it is slightly inwards as apposed to her other (but I see no discolouration); one breast is slighter smaller than the other and she has a rash there also. Every time there is an commercial on TV regarding Cancer, she makes me turn it over and becomes extremely sensitive to the topic. She said she doesn't want somebody seeing her breasts other than me, and I don't know what to do? I've told her I would go with her but she won't have any of it.

Does anybody have any advice?

Hi JJD,

It's normal for the breasts to be of different sizes.  Inverted nipples (inward facing) are also common and can often be resolved without surgery.

A rash is not necessarily a sign of cancer.

Is there a lump?  What symptoms are you referring too?
