My Left testicle is about 2-3 times bigger and i can feel it hanging. Is something wrong? and it's a lot warmer then the right one, is that a problem?

well, you have varicocele it have different grades 1, 2 and 3 search it on the web and good luck but most probrably need a microscopic varicocele surgery . the temperature difference will kill you sperm i am having one right now too and thinking of have a surgery or not.
