My One and half Year old daughter is having Vomiting then she got fever and after sometimes her heart starts beating very fastly and her nose also got blocked. please help me what to do.........................................................

Take her to the nearest Emergency department at the hospital immediately. She is too young for you to be giving her anything other than Tylenol for infants which brings down a fever but will do nothing for the vomiting she has. Keep her hydrated and if she can eat, remember its the BRAT diet you want to stay with or your breast milk if you are still breastfeeding her. The BRAT diet is bananas, rice, apple sauce and toast (dry or with butter).
