I have a question today is day six my son eight years old had a tonsillectomy done on March 15, 2017 he was OK up in till Sunday morning and started complaining of severe belly cramps and run a fever of 101 the doctor said the fever would be normal ( I don't feel like it is true) he just cries with his belly hurting and he did use the bathroom very tiny  Sunday afternoon but is still having really bad cramps and have been been given him milk of magnesia he's been drinking plenty of fluid is this normal?
