My penis got all tight and wrinkly after one masturbation session

Hey! I was masterbating for about 3 weeks straight about once or twice a day! Then all of a sudden after I masterbated one night,about 30min after my penis started to get all tight and wrinkly. Then the head of the penis was a little cracked! It’s been three days since I’ve done it and whatever the tube is in my penis is very hard when I touch it and I am flaccid. I’m very scared! And also is this a urnary tact infection.It burn a little right when I per then it stops! Could it be like that because I’m dehydrated. Please help thanks!
