My period was 3days late, now brown spotting

My period was 3days late n when it finally came it started with a brown spotting n the next day which is today its light,dark n sticky in the morning n now a little redish.I feel like I have a strong thing in my abdomen it feels strong it won't lt me seat or lay down cos if I do I feel more cramps.I also have sore nipples n I feeel bloated like I have eaten too much it wants yto pour. Out my mouth.pls help I feel so uncomfortable.thanks.
