Puberty can start from as early as 10 to as late as 15 but 2 years on either side of this scale is normal, hence puberty age being 8-17. Purberty is the biggest varible dividing people because it can start at anytime and effect people in different ways. People who start puberty later usually get a bigger affect from it but there is still no proof for this statment.
In theory, you've already started puberty, as you preduced a sexual substance.
I still don't understand what you mean by "finish". Keep in mind that puberty in boys ends at 19-20 years but again, 2 years on either side of this scale is normal (though the end of puberty is much more precise).

This is very normal. It just means that one teste higher than normal and gets pushed up into the chute. There is nothing wrong with this but your teste is more vunerable to injuring, it is advised to see a doctor/gp later in life.

I did not start puberty until 17 and 9 months. I thought I was screwed, but I recently learnt that my dad went through puberty between 18-22, his sister got her period at 21 and one of my mum's first degree cousins had her first one at 19.
